We met A&M Services at a local Home Show and told them that we were interested in a new roof. We told them that we were ready to move forward by getting some estimates. A few days later we met with Mike and obtained a quote on the spot. We were able to pick roofing from the samples and literature he had with him. We agreed upon a time schedule. They stayed in touch with us on a regular basis. On the day they promised, a crew showed up and began the work. They worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job before the promised time. Cleanup was exceptional. The chimney and the roof looks great.

He probably gave me more information than what I ever would have needed. There was no hidden cost. I knew exactly what I was getting and how much I was going to pay. I really liked the thorough quote that he gave. I have had them come back and give me a quote on some other job around my property as well.

At my realtor’s recommendation, A&M was one of 4 roofing vendors I talked to regarding a full roof and gutter replacement. Their rep was very knowledgeable, and spent the better part of an hour writing up his quote, and explaining options to me. Since this was my first quote, it was a bit like drinking from the fire hose, it was a lot of information to absorb. This is more a comment on my inexperience — this is the first roof replacement I’ve done, and a credit to A&M for being thorough.

New troughs in one day! New shingles, waterproof rolled roofing (because of low slant), and gutter replacement all in one day. Complete clean up after the job was finished. These guys are focused!
