Boys & Girls Club Gala 2022
This was a rewarding event, A&M sponsored a table and donated 3 sets of gutters for the raffle. The Boys and Girls Club needs these events to support their scholarship kids. We really enjoyed the evening and the 80’s theme. We had some real contenders for the best dressed.
90+ piers with 36 of them on the interior of the building!
This job is a monster. To put it into perspective, 36 piers we pushed were in the interior of an office building. What does that mean? Well, we had to hand dig each hole! They used jackhammers to get below the concrete and then small shovels to dig 4 to 5 feet deep. They had to unearth the footer, which we use to stabilize the foundation. Once the piers were driven to a solid strata, each hole had to be backfilled and new concrete poured. Absolute back breaking work. These guys then went outside the building and installed nearly 60 more piers. Great job Ian and team.
Our sales team has learned the art of giving back! The team pitched in and donated food for the Marshall County Humane Society.

Last year A&M acquired 4D Custom Woodworking. Dan, the owner, came onboard with us and has been leading a team doing Hardwood Floor Refinishing. Well, it is time to let you know how we can help you. Over time hardwoods can begin to look dull, scratched, or even outdated. It is easy to update your entire home, with a fresh new look, at a fraction of the cost of replacement. The stain options have grown and Dan can do custom colors as well.

The roof raffle was a great success. Congratulations go out to Crystal Wittig and family. In the end we were able to raise $9300 for the Ballinger family! Thank you everyone who purchased raffle tickets and came to the event to support. The best part of this event is being able to help two families, one family won a new roof and Kathy’s family recieved the benefit of the $9,300.

The guys at A&M had a Father/Son work day at the cabin in Michigan. They rode ATV’s on the trails and enjoyed their meals together. But, they also did some hard work. They needed to clear some trails, and finish the shiplap and flooring. They had a good time working with their kids and showing them the reward for hard work. We enjoy family time at A&M, why not get work done and show the kids the value of hard work.
